Antonia 2.0:

For founders whose business is growing faster than its foundation

A woman sitting on a green outdoor sofa with a smiling dog beside her. The woman is wearing a light-colored dress and sandals, and the dog has a red collar. The background shows a covered outdoor area with palm trees and other people.

You’re the visionary.
The one with the ideas, the instinct, the quiet knowing of what you’re here to build.

I’m the one who sees what’s not holding yet.
The gaps, the bottlenecks, the hidden strain.

And what needs to change
so your business can actually support your next level.

Together, we build the business behind the vision.
Designed to handle growth.
Built to rely less on you.

How Antonia 2.0 Was Born

In 2015, I left Austria and moved to Panama with a suitcase and an anthropology degree.

What was meant to be a one-year reset became a life.
A business built from scratch.
Every role. Every decision. Every responsibility.

I learned how to carry everything.
Until strength quietly became survival.

By the time I burned out, I didn’t even recognize it as burnout.
It took a two-week trip to Mexico — my first real pause in years — to feel what it’s like when things aren’t heavy.

And one truth became impossible to ignore:

Burnout is a terrible growth strategy.

So I stopped trying to push harder
and started looking for a smarter way to build.

I found the backend of business.
Systems. Operations. Client flow. Decision-making.

Not just how to grow —
but how to hold growth.

I trained. I worked behind the scenes. I paid attention.

And I became obsessed with one question:

Why do some businesses expand — and others start breaking the moment things take off?

The answer was never just strategy.

It was what the business was built on.

Why I Do This Work

Because I’ve been the woman holding it all together.

The one leading from the front
while quietly being the system behind everything.

I work with founders who’ve already built something that works.

Clients are coming in.
Revenue is happening.
Visibility is increasing.

And still — something feels off.

More visibility → more pressure
More clients → more complexity
More revenue → more reliance on you

Offers start overlapping.
Funnels get messy.
Delivery becomes inconsistent.
The backend only works because you remember how it works.

A business that technically functions —
but only because you’re holding all the pieces.

That’s the moment most people get it wrong.

They assume they need:

more strategy
more content
more leads

They don’t.

They need to fix what’s underneath before growth makes it louder.

That’s where my work begins.

A person with long hair wearing a white shirt against a plain background.

What I Actually Do

I identify what’s constraining your growth.
Then I help you restructure the parts of your business that can’t support what’s coming next.

Not everything.

The right things.

That might look like:

simplifying your offers so they’re easier to sell and deliver
clarifying your conversion flow so it actually converts consistently
cleaning up your backend so it doesn’t rely on memory
organizing your client journey so it feels smooth and supported
removing bottlenecks that slow everything down
reducing how much the business depends on you to function

The goal isn’t more moving parts.

It’s a business that runs cleaner, holds more, and requires less from you to stay stable.

My Work Isn’t Built on Hype

I’m not here to rename common knowledge and call it a method.

I’m here to make your business make sense.

Because most founders don’t have a strategy problem.

They have a connection problem.

Marketing, offers, backend, delivery —
none of it is working together cleanly.

So things feel heavier than they should.
Growth feels harder than it should.
And scaling starts to create strain instead of expansion.

What I bring is the ability to:

see where things disconnect
identify what actually matters
cut what’s unnecessary
and rebuild the parts that are weakening the business

Not based on trends.
Based on what’s actually happening inside your business.

You don’t need more information.

You need the right diagnosis — and the right changes.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

This is for the founder who’s done carrying it all.

Who doesn’t need more ideas —
but needs things to finally work together.

I step in when:

the business is growing
but it’s starting to feel heavier, not cleaner
too much still depends on you
and you know something needs to change before you scale further

This isn’t about support for the sake of support.

It’s about:

seeing what’s actually off
fixing it properly
and building a business that doesn’t fall apart as it grows

If this is you, start here

If your business is already working —
but starting to feel strained, messy, or too dependent on you…

Start with the audit.

That’s where we identify what’s actually constraining your growth
and what needs to be restructured first.

From there, we decide if deeper work makes sense.

I don’t sell hype. I fix what’s not holding.
